April 24 was a beautiful day to get married– and two beautiful people did just that!
John and Karina complement each other so well, and it was so great to be a part of their special day. Karina’s dress was G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!

Monica did the honors of fixing hair at the Cutting Edge.
Karina got ready in Yellow Bird, which is a great house with lots of light. It was a great location: in town, close to the church. (Did I mention there’s great light there??)
The ceremony was at St. James Methodist Church, with beautiful bougainvillea petals down the aisle–thanks to the awesome flower girls.
John and Karina escaped the church showered with pieces of rosemary, thrown by dear friends and family!
We stole a few moments outside for the two newlyweds to catch their breath…and snag a few beach photos in the process!
Their reception was on the North End, in a beautiful little spot with a gazebo and wonderful view of the ocean.
Watching John and Karina dance the night away, I was aware of how beautiful love really is. Their entire wedding day was a great reminder of what I have to be thankful for, and what a blessing Mike is in my life.
Thank you, John and Karina! Happy Honeymoon!
fyi: later on this week I will post a slideshow with the whole event. This is just a taste of what’s to come!
